She has 20+ years of sales, operations, and marketing leadership with strategic experience driving growth outcomes in both B2C and B2B environments with organizations such as AT&T Broadband, Kraft Foods, Spectrum/Charter Communications, and Corinthian Colleges with a record of success recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching winning teams. Wendy is experienced in leading customer call centers and multi-unit operations while building and retaining talent, achieving acquisition, retention, and new business development goals through relationships/partnerships with customers.

She delivers flawless execution exceeding the needs and expectations of clients with quality services & programs. Wendy brings strong customer focus with KPI metrics accountability to ensure positive ROI performance. She is known as a high-energy, innovative leader with on outstanding communication style who ignites enthusiasm in collaboration across all functions while consistently attaining company goals and accelerating revenue growth.

Wendy works with companies to understand the needs of the business and the “why” of any change management opportunities first. She then architects the over-arching strategy to develop the structure, tools, and resources for the hiring, onboarding, training and coaching to develop high performing teams.

She has successfully launched and executed the re-engineering of several 225+ sales team restructures at companies such as AT&T Broadband, MediaOne, Kraft Foods, and Corinthian Colleges with minimal disruption to the day to day business while driving productivity and improved KPI performance.

Wendy is a certified professional for the PXT Select™ assessment tool which she uses to help organizations connect business strategy to talent strategy which drives results by aligning people to roles based on Thinking Style, Behavioral Traits, and occupational interests critical to success in a position.

Wendy is a hands-on sales leader who has “carried a bag”. She enjoys being in the field and passionate about “hip to hip” coaching and development of team members especially with her background in education.

During her free time, she enjoys giving back to the community and most recently was a 4-year board member for Youth Employment Service (YES) and also supports South Coast Singers in co-chairing the annual Stars of Tomorrow event.

Wendy travels all over the country for her clients and calls home beautiful San Juan Capistrano, California where she lives with her husband, children and dog Duke!
